1. Purpose & Scope

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request a refund, return, or re-performance of services or products purchased from Conquest Global Technical Services Co. LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies to:

  • Technical Services rendered by the Company;
  • Products sold through our online e-commerce platforms or retail channels.

2. General Policy Principles

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services in compliance with UAE laws, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Customers are entitled to fair, transparent, and prompt handling of complaints, returns, or refund requests in the following scenarios.

3. Refund & Return for Technical Services

a. Eligibility for Refund or Re-performance

  • The service was not provided in accordance with the agreed terms or scope;
  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeline without valid justification;
  • The service was defective, incomplete, or failed to achieve the intended results;
  • The same defect reoccurs more than twice after repair attempts.

b. Timeframe for Claims

  • Refund or re-performance requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of service completion or identification of the defect.

c. Inspection & Resolution

  • We reserve the right to inspect and attempt to rectify the issue before processing a refund.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full or partial refund will be issued.

d. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services already completed to agreed standards;
  • Services delayed or impacted due to client-side delays, miscommunication, or misuse;
  • Customized or bespoke services where work has already commenced.

4. Refund & Return for E-commerce Products

a. Eligibility for Return or Refund

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described;
  • The wrong item was delivered;
  • The product fails within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects.

Change-of-mind returns are allowed on select items only, provided the item is unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days (exclusions apply).

b. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and all accessories/manuals.
  • A copy of the purchase invoice or order confirmation must be provided.

c. Timeframe for Returns

  • Request must be raised within 14 calendar days of delivery.

d. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to product defect, shipping is covered by us.
  • For change-of-mind or customer error, return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

e. Non-Returnable Products

  • Items that are used or damaged after delivery;
  • Personalized or custom-made items;
  • Digital goods or software;
  • Clearance or final sale items;
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (unless defective).

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return or service claim is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Refunds are typically issued within 7 to 14 business days from approval.
  • In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

6. Warranty Terms (for Services and Products)

  • Technical services are warranted for 30 days from the date of completion (unless otherwise specified).
  • E-commerce products may carry manufacturer warranty as applicable. Warranty terms will be mentioned on the product page or invoice.

7. How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Description of the issue (and photos/videos if applicable)
  • Preferred resolution: refund, replacement, or re-performance
